Both chat and phone closed two tickets they opened on my behalf w/o any resolution or any respnse whatsoever. I research one proble of losing original audio on edit.Anyone with home videos with capturing their little one 1st words should love this

Fairly easy to use and a good product that could easily become great with a few fixes.
My biggest beef with the product is that you can choose one transition for the entire project or you can choose one transition at a time throughout the project.
