Studio 11 Plus is a Disaster!

Ever since I have had Studio 11 Plus - trying to stitch or edit movies has been a nightmare! The program freezes my PC or files disappear - error messages are always present and basically the entire Studio 11 Plus program is a pile of crap! Furthermore, trying to get a comprehensive answer on-line from one of their tech folks is a waste of time. I have been on-line with their tech folks more than a dozen times and they have NEVER been able to solve the problem I was having with this horrible program.
