I have been struggling with Pinnacle's Studio 11 plus for the past year and it has resulted in hours of frustration as things do not work as they are supposed to. I am using Windows Vista and the program crashes or freezes about 50% of the time. I make movies and save files and then try to upload them at a later date and it's almost impossible! Either Pinnacle cannot find my files or it will upload only a portion of my finished movie. Then trying to get a straight answer from their tech support is a nightmare! Even with live chat, I have found their tech folks to be uninformed and unable to solve the problem. On several occasions I have spent an hour or more trying to get a problem resolved only to eventually give up as they were not able to give me an answer. I'm tired of being frustrated so will look for and buy a different movie-editing program..it will be worth it to avoid the frustration.
