I first purchased Pinnacle version 8 several years ago and have been suckered into multiple upgrades all the way to current release as a means of addressing extremely buggy software. I own top of the line Dell systems and have gone through mind-numbing and frustrating patches, trouble-shooting guides, and incompetent support personnel. It is easy to get wooed by the rich functionality rich and user friendliness. But bugs which involve fundamental needs like Image Writing and Disk Burning render it worse than useless. You only need to do a Google search and you'll see countless victims like me that have been burned!
