Technical support is a must and it is terrible.
After more than 15 on-line chats with different technicians, this program won't do the simplest of tasks: burn a standard DVD so I can play it on a bluray recorder. The BluRay recorder will play DVD's made with other programs with no problem, but not the Pinnacle Studio 12. Every technician has different advice and none of it works. What should be simple for this program, as it is with others, just doesn't work. I would not recommend this software to anybody.
