This was an easy-to-use, nice product, but I could never get the menus to work. The menu wouldn't even install into the timeline. I tried the help file, online user forums, online help. In user forums, I noticed where some other users were having similar problems with the menus. I had bought the product from the link on this review page to Herman Street. After explaining the problem, Herman Street issued a very prompt refund on it and I deleted the download module, went back to the other video editing software I was using. If not for the menu problem, I liked this product better than the one I had been using (and went back to). Herman Street was exceptionally easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend buying software thru them.
