And it will be in favour to the excellent user friendly, flexibility and the brilliance of this program.
Many Editors like Sony's Vegas Pro are hard and complex, but this one is easy and thats what I like.
This site is great
Thank You
Phil, just curious, and feel free to shoot me down if you like, but did you have the video in the right format? And did you burn it onto the right kind of disk? Just curious, that could be part of the problem... *shrug*
I just downloaded the trial version of Director7 and loaded some 40 mins of video onto my new i7 computer. I added a few effects and created a file in MPEG2 to be burnt to disc. Having created the disc it played on the computer but not on a DVD player.
I then tried to contact Support by email but to no avail. I am a member but it still says I am not a participant in some rewards prog so click here. It then asks you to sign up again!!! which you cannot do because it tells you you are already a member. Duh!
Nowhere fast.
Its a powerful product. had some difficulty with it, and sometimes it didn't seem too terribly user friendly. but all in all a good product with nice results.
I have Power Director 6 and found it to be extremely slow. Cyberlink service is awful and I would not recommend their products. There is much better video editing software available.
