I downloaded the trial installation, installed it and opened an avi file to edit. The editing was straightforward.
My problem is that I could ONLY save the file as a Corel project file. After doing so I tried to convert it to ANYTHING else. Their batch

So I tried the trial version. I was able to edit my AVCHD video with ease on my Windows Vista machine. Lots of transitions pretty good user interface, added sound channels easily, etc. Very nice!! Then I tried to create a DVD. Crashed on menu chapters
